Bill and Kelley Salerno spent over 3 months converting an old art studio into a full menu pizzeria that also offers 10 flavors of gelato. They work with a long time special pizza recipe of Kelley’s Nonna, Giselle Tavernini. The recipe is a solid favorite of customers in Portage (western Pennsylvania) where Giselle had her own Pizza shop for over 40 years. The pizzas and calzones are cooked in a conveyor belt oven that bakes dough and the toppings into a crispy, crusty original pizza in eight minutes.
