DESCRIPTION:Explore Italy’s regional cuisine\, culture\, and language with Dr. Paola Basile\, Professor of Italian Studies\, Lake Erie College. \nThe Classes: During the 6-class seminar\, attendees will explore various facets of five different Italian regions\, including the language\, culture\, food\, and wines\, with Dr. Paola Basile\, a native of Italy and Professor of Italian Studies at Lake Erie College in Painesville\, Ohio. \nEach class will feature a different Italian region. The first part of the class will be a presentation on and discussion about the region’s culture and language.
