DESCRIPTION:This is your chance to own a piece of art personally created by Robertino Fatica and support two great LIttle Italy organizations! 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the Italian American Museum of Cleveland (IAMCLE) and the Little Italy Redevelopment Corporation (LIRC). \nABOUT\nJoin artist Robertino Fatica\, former owner of Primo Vino Restaurant in Little Italy CLE\, for a fun afternoon of enjoying art\, vino\, and antipasto with the bonus of supporting IAMCLE and LIRC. \nADMISSION\nNO ADMISSION CHARGE. The event is free to attend\, but Robertino hopes everyone will leave with at least one piece of art or having made a donation. Donations can be made on the ticketing site by clicking the reservation button below. \nDATE / TIME / LOCATION\nSaturday\, Sept 7\n2:00-5:00p.m.\nNOIA Foundation\, 12018 Mayfield Road (next to Angelo’s Nido Italia) \nEVERTHING MUST GO!\nRobertino’s art had been stored in his mother’s house on E. 123rd St. for over 50 years. But the house has been sold and it’s time to find new homes for the art. Everything must be sold and it will be priced to sell. Large or small\, ink or pencil\, a piece of Fatica-created art makes a great gift for yourself or your friends and family! \nROBERTINO FATICA – BIO\nRobertino Fatica has been a lifelong resident of the Little Italy neighborhood. He attended Murray Hill School and Holy Rosary School. After elementary school\, he went on to St. Edward High School in Lakewood\, Ohio\, and graduated in 1967. \nThe decade after graduating from St. Ed’s (1967-1977)\, was a very significant part of Fatica’s artistic life. He completed a three-year program at The Cooper School of Art in Cleveland\, Ohio\, receiving an associate’s degree. Following this\, Fatica served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Germany. Upon release from the Army\, Fatica used the GI Bill to further his art education and enrolled in The Cleveland Institute of Art\, receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts. All of the art to be sold at the event was created during this decade.
