Explore Italy’s regional cuisine, culture, and language with Dr. Paola Basile, Professor of Italian Studies, Lake Erie College.

The Classes: During the 6-class seminar, attendees will explore various facets of five different Italian regions, including the language, culture, food, and wines, with Dr. Paola Basile, a native of Italy and Professor of Italian Studies at Lake Erie College in Painesville, Ohio.

Each class will feature a different Italian region. The first part of the class will be a presentation on and discussion about the region’s culture and language. During the second part of class, attendees will have the opportunity to taste regional wines and sample regional cuisine as prepared by Little Italy chefs.
